What We Look For
Registered with a National Internet Registry
The company holds IP address allocations registered with a recognized NIR such as IDNIC (Indonesia), IRINN (India), JPNIC (Japan), VNNIC (Vietnam), or directly with APNIC.
Registered IP Address Blocks
The operator has APNIC-allocated IPv4 or IPv6 address space, with a minimum /24 IPv4 block. Larger allocations (/20 and above) are of particular interest.
Locally Incorporated Entity
The business is incorporated in its country of operation, with a clear ownership structure and clean regulatory standing.
Willingness to Transact
Owners seeking a full or partial exit are welcome. We move quickly from first conversation to signed agreement, typically within 30 to 60 days.
